Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
In order to begin the design of your website, I do require a £30 minimum deposit which is non refundable. This is to cover me for any time spent on your website if you decided to either go elsewhere, or no longer want a website. I also require access to your hosting and domain name account in order to set up the software to build your website, this typically takes anywhere from ten minutes, to an hour. You are free to change your password once this has been done if you are security conscious.
ALL payments are to be made via PayPal invoicing system, this is done so we both have a copy of the payments made, are both covered in terms of dispute. As well as both knowing exactly what is left to be paid. If you do not have a PayPal account, that is not a problem as you can either make one by going HERE or use a debit/credit card to pay it without needing an account.
